Product return procedure We operate a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) system, for traceability reasons when processing returned goods. If a product requires repair, please contact us via email and we will forward an RMA number to you. Please then return the goods enclosing a repair order detailing the nature of the fault, together with the RMA number provided by us.
