RF modules for wideband A/V signals
Pittsford, NY: AWM630 is a new range of audio/video wireless RF modules operating on the popular 2.4GHz ISM band and are FCC and R&TTE compliant, making them suitable for worldwide use. AWM630 audio/video wireless RF modules can transmit and receive wideband audio or video signals over a range up to 100m. Compliant with worldwide wireless regulations, the modules are suitable for both NTSC and PAL video formats, eliminating the need for separate modules for different markets. These compact, shielded modules fully integrate audio/video input and output into one component with no external circuitry required. Four selectable channels for video or stereo audio are available and the output power can be up to 10mW, 10dBm compliant with European regulations.
AWM630 modules are very compact - 30.6 x 28.6 x 3.7mm for the transmitter and 40.64 x 30.68 x 6.00mm for the receiver - with current consumption only 55 and 140mA, respectively, from 5V supplies. Operating temperature is -10 to +60C, operating frequency range is 2400 to 2483MHz, and a four-channel phase-locked loop synthesizer provides stable frequency selection. Video input is a standard 1V pk-pk signal into 75ohm, with audio input level 3V pk-pk.
These new wireless modules provide a simple, convenient and economical means to transmit audio and video signals between equipment for industrial, security or entertainment needs even toys and robots. Typical applications include domestic and professional sound or video transmission for home, office or factory use, security systems or public information systems.
Made in Taiwan by Airwave, AWM630 modules are available now from stock 2weeks delivery from Saelig Co. Inc.
